What constitutes your data:

Your application profile, your essays, your interview transcripts, general details like name, email, education, etc. constitutes your data.

Our data policy:

We don’t share our data with anyone other than people working with us, who need access to it to help you or the community. We believe in transparency about who has access to your data and

Access list:

• 3 Members of our team have access to your entire profile and all other information. This is because we engage with you or your profile at least once in your entire journey with us to understand your profile and figure out the best way to help you. These three members are:

• Apart from this, we will be engaging with interns to help us with data uploading, sales calls, and content writing from time to time. We are maintaining a separate list of all such interns here who have had access to profiles (limited - one or few & open - all profiles access). Here is the list:

• The only way we monetize the data you share with us is by creating relevant and helpful content like essay compilations, interview transcripts, etc. Even then, we strip all such information that can be used to identify you as the source of the essay/interview. We also share a copy of the final content with you and take permission in writing from you to share it forward.

We don’t have any corporate sponsors currently and we monetize by selling our data, neither in bulk nor in parts. If in the future we do choose to go this way, we will inform you about it and give you an option to opt-out of it.
